TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE J.C. LE ROUX BRUT PROMOTION

1. You must be aged 18 or older in order to enter this competition

2. This competition is only open to residents of South Africa

3. Persons who are prohibited from entering this competition are:

3a. Directors, members, partners, agents or consultants to Distell Ltd.

3b. This includes spouses, life partners, parents, children, brothers, sisters, business partners or associates of any persons mentioned in 3a. 

4. Participants stand a chance of winning one of the following prizes when entering the primary JC le Roux competition: 

4a. 1 of 2 iPhone 4’s; or 

4b. 1 of 4 Wine/Bar Fridges (holds up to 96 cans); or 

4c. 1 of 99 Nikon L22 Digital cameras.

5. A winner of the competition facilitated by JC Le Roux may not win more than one of the prizes listed in section 4.

6. To enter the competition, a person must purchase any bottle of JC Le Roux and then SMS Brut, their identity number and the Last 4 digits of their JC Le Roux barcode to 39713. 

6a. The cost of the SMS for the entry into the competition is R 1.50.

6b. Should the barcode validate, the person will receive a confirmation SMS of their entry and their entry into the competition will be qualified and counted.

6c. Should the barcode not validate, the user will receive an SMS informing them that the barcode is not valid. This means that their entry is not qualified and will not be entered into the competition.

6d. In the case that the entrant’s identity number cannot be determined from their SMS entry, their entry will be disqualified if drawn as a winner.

6e. Winners of this competition will be determined through a random draw after the closing date of the competition on 31 March 2011, and will be notified within 1 month after the draw date via the cellphone number used to submit their entry and arrangements will be made for them to receive their prize.

7. As a result of a successful SMS entry into the before mentioned competition, successful entrants will receive a bonus 4 digit code in their confirmation SMS that they will be able to enter on the Competition tab which can be found on the JC Le Roux Facebook Page to stand a chance of winning an additional prize which is a JC Le Roux hamper.

7a. A person will receive a unique bonus code per unique barcode that is submitted as per instructions listed in section 6.

7b. In order to receive another unique bonus code for the Facebook competition, an additional bottle of JC Le Roux must be purchased. 

7c. A maximum of 6 entries per person will be allowed. 

7d. Only one prize per person allowed for the duration of the competition. 

7e. Winners of this competition will be notified that they have won directly after their entry is submitted on the ‘Competition’ tab.

7f. Winners will then be contacted via Facebook message or telephonically on the cellphone number that was entered.

7g. Winners will be requested to supply a copy of their Identification Document as well as the delivery address and arrangements will be made to have their prize couriered to their specified delivery address within a maximum time of two months.

8. All winners of both JC Le Roux competitions will be published on the JC Le Roux website once the final random draw has been made and winners have been notified.

9. These competitions will commence from 1 February 2011 and will close on 31 March 2011.

10. The judges’ decision on winners is final.
