Wrap a white sheet around your body

Décor:
- This is a drinks party for an outside area
- Take all couches and chairs outside and cover with white sheets
- Take loose carpets outside and create lounge with couches, carpets and scatter cushions
- Use candles and fairy lights to create a soft, light atmosphere
- Decorate the table with Frangipanis (see pic below) use a big flat bowl with flowers, water and floating candles – and use this is the feature on all tables. The delightful smell will fill the air and create a relaxed atmosphere.

Menu:
Use big silver trays and cover them in fresh and colourful fruit of the season
Cherries, strawberries, melons, grapes and kiwi skewers
Make a white and dark chocolate sauce to dip the skewers in

How to serve JC Le Roux:

Cocktail fit for an Empire – JC Melon Peach

Ingredients:
1 ripe melon
1kg frozen peaches (slightly sweetened)
Half a bottle of your favourite J.C. Le Roux (recommend Le Domaine or Sauvignon Blanc)
Fresh mint

Instructions:
Remove meat from the melon and purse in a blender with peaches. Chill the mixture well. At time of serving, fill champagne flutes two-thirds full with chilled fruit puree. Top up with J.C. Le Roux. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
