An elegant counterpoint to J.C. Le Roux La Vallée, the country's first off-dry Méthode Cap Classique, the new Rosé is the ideal choice to please all palates. The subtle hint of sweetness makes this enchanting Cap Classique equally enjoyable to bubbly lovers with a dry or a slightly sweeter palate. The La Valleé Rosé is a delightfully refreshing Rosé Cap Classique with just a touch of sweetness that makes the wine extremely versatile. It is to be enjoyed at any time of the day with a wide variety of seafood and poultry dishes. The new Rosé is subtle and elegant; "while tingling your taste buds with a hint of sweetness and the perfect accompaniment to an African summer," explains winemaker Elunda Basson. New J.C. Le Roux La Vallée Rosé has a beautiful salmon blush and is crafted according to the classic, time-honoured French method of secondary bottle fermentation. Made predominantly of Pinot noir grapes, it was matured for 12 months on the lees to develop light yeasty and powerful fruit flavours. J.C. Le Roux La Vallée Rosé has lively bubbles that rise brilliantly from your flute and complements any occasion. Let it bring out the flavour in fresh strawberries, add an interesting twist to an aromatic Thai chicken curry or complete a mouthwatering dessert such as a gold-crusted crème brûlée. The J.C. Le Roux La Vallée Rosé is available at around R60.00 from The House of J.C. Le Roux and leading wine stores country wide. The House of J.C. Le Roux is open six days a week from May to October and seven days a week from November to April. Seasons at J.C. Le Roux is open from 09h30 till 15h00 with breakfast served between 09h30 and 11h30 and lunch from 12h00 till 14h00.
